The NEXT GENERATION product line is a further development of STABILUS Safety's established NEW GENERATION models, as was already the case with the changeover from ACTIVELINE to SUPERFLEX (see here). "During the modification, we maintained the proven functions that our customers value and improved other properties to align the safety shoes even more closely with customer needs," explains Sven Schedlbauer, Managing Director of STABILUS Safety GmbH.
Particular attention was paid to the weight and wearing comfort of the NEXT GENERATION. By using modern materials, the total weight could be reduced by up to 15%. A single shoe of model 6140 A in size 42, for example, now weighs less than 500 g. A new insole also makes walking more comfortable. In terms of safety, slip resistance has been improved, which is due to the changed sole material. Some models also received an optical upgrade.
