Rocks, Excavators, and Debris: Dreams Come True at Steinexpo
When the national and international raw materials and construction industry meets in Nieder-Ofleiden, Hesse, from August 23rd to 26th, 2023, STABILUS Safety will be right in the thick of it. For the 11th time, this unique demo show in Europe's largest basalt quarry, part of MHI, will showcase what the construction industry has to offer.
In this impressive setting, which makes makers' hearts beat faster, leading companies in the industry present their solutions. This includes construction machinery manufacturers, suppliers of processing technology, additional equipment providers, and service providers with their machines and systems, industry innovations, and service offerings concentrated over four trade fair days – practical, powerful, pulsating, and unvarnished!
The unique concept and the imposing exhibition venue attracted over 53,000 trade visitors to the "quarry" in 2017. In particular, the high proportion of trade visitors, over 90%, shows how much the industry appreciates the depicted wealth of information on the latest techniques, innovations, and solutions. And where trade visitors go, the right companies exhibit. Visitors were enthusiastic about the convincing live demonstrations and the lively technical exchange with the exhibiting companies. The trade fair in the "quarry"
This is Europe's largest basalt quarry with active operations. The idea is excellent because excavators, dump trucks, and similar equipment are used here. And that is precisely what makes this ultimate industry meeting point so vibrant. Over 150,000 m² are fully equipped from A-Z – creating a special kind of professional exhibition ground. To seamlessly connect the individual exhibition areas, in addition to a rotating internal trade fair shuttle, imposing passenger elevators almost 30 meters high will again be used in 2023 – a comfortable ride "from exhibition floor to exhibition floor" with fantastic panoramic views over large parts of the exhibition grounds.
